I am a Toronto native who loves connecting with people from all over the world. I am a worldwide traveller who has lived in several countries internationally but happily calls Toronto home. On my free time I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. I also pride myself with staying up to date on current industry practices, policies, and products and so I regularly participate in ongoing professional learning. I am active in my community and charity work, and I am an avid sports fan. Some of my interests outside of business and the mortgage industry include health and fitness, politics, and world issues.

Had the opportunity to deal with Mani Sandhar, I was skeptical to deal with a fairly new agent, but I salute his level of professionalism and dedication, I know my circumstances were different and probably took him thru a roller coaster of issues and dilemmas, and at times thought it wasn't gonna happen, but his determination was just admirable, and eventually he got it completed. So I would definitely recommend him to anyone because he won't leave a stone unturned to make sure you get your deal completed and at the best rate possible. Had the opportunity to work with Max Kashyap as my mentor for completing my first deal and I’m impressed with his knowledge, dedication and commitment to see me succeed and push me through the the entire process and then call me at the end of the night to recap everything we did that day and go over every aspect of the file we worked on and answer any questions, concerns or difficulties I may have had. He truly is an amazing mentor and pretty much a life line to get me answers when needed, the first deal had its own set of complications and it took some time but Max didn’t lose faith in me and kept pushing me to get it completed and agreed that it was a hard file to work with but after this one everything else should be calm walk, and walked me thru pretty much every little detail that I was going thru or may arise. My experience with Pegasus was excellent. From beginning to end, the communication was impeccable. I got all the questions answered in a couple minutes. Our brokers Matt Brookes along with Fred Camingal and the team really did help us not with one but two mortgage approvals in a short period of time. They gave us best rates you can find online. The mortgage renewal process is a daunting one is what I realized when I had to start my Mortgage renewal. Jessica Kaur from Pegasus Mortgage held our hand through the entire process, and was very professional in making sure we got the best possible rates and that we are able to understand each and every document that was being requested from us and the entire application process. She really went over and above answering questions we may have had and providing us support and constant follow ups during and after the application process.
